I had constant neck pain!
After almost one year of being in pain I finally decided to get it checked out.
I went to the doctor and got an MRI...

The doctor said if I didn’t radically change some things in my life I would have some serious health problems or need to resort to surgery!
Oh 💩!!!
That’s when my search began…
I played with some stretching and changed up the intensity of my weekly trainings…
But it wasn’t until I experienced my first hot yoga class that everything changed...
I felt this shift happen while laying still on the floor at the end of the class…
My body was completely relaxed.
My mind was quiet.
And I felt this sense of peace that I had never experienced.
It was all there... physical, mental and emotional well being!
It was kind a like hitting the pause button for my mind… and a reset button for my body… .
Within two months of practicing I was out of pain. My mind could focus on life now that my body was healing."
It was such an amazing shift for me physically and mentally that I have kept practicing hot yoga ever since.
It is the fountain of youth!
